Jongheon Bae (b. 1969) discovers artistic value in ordinary things through deep thinking and lyrical sensibility, expressing them through visual media. He creates his own works without restrictions on form or material. He finds traditional Eastern ideal landscapes in everyday elements, such as scratches on building walls and fences, and incorporates them into his works.
