竹内の代表作である連鎖シリーズは、パズルゲームの「全消し」から着想を得て制作された絵画である。

これは、絵画における、物体を伴った平面性と、その上に描かれた記号イメージを入れ子状にし,「物体＝平面性」と「イメージ」を往復させる。「全消し」された「かたち」は鑑賞者の脳内で、空っぽな地平を生み出し、私たちに「新しいセカイへの問い」を提示する。

それはあたかも、「セカイは存在しない」かの如く、目の前に広がる「在る」ことの奇跡について,

私たちに投げかける。

Takeuchi’s representative chain series are paintings ideated from the all-clear system in puzzle games.

He makes the viewer travel to and from material ‘= planarity’ and image, by incorporating the symbolic image drawn on top of the material planarity of paintings. The all-cleared shapes create an empty landscape inside the minds of the viewers, presenting to us to question the new world. It is as if the world does not exist, and questions us about the wonders of existing, that spreads before our eyes.
