オーギュストは日本在住の新進リトアニア人現代アーティストです。彼女のインスピレーションは、音楽と視覚効果における彼女の多様なバックグラウンドから引き出され、伝統を尊重しながらも作品に革新をもたらしています。オーギュストは、バルト海のルーツとスカンジナビアの美学を活かして、石炭、セピア、チョークなどの型にはまらない媒体を用い、内なる対話を刺激する流動的な状態と質感のある状態の両方でそれらを操作しています。
オーギュストの作品は、アートは豊かな経験の積み重ねの賜物であることを世界に示し、彼女の絵画を見る各鑑賞者の影響を受けた終わりのない物語となっています。
