画面の中に西洋絵画の奥行きのある写実的技法と日本の絵画表現における超平面的な表現を共存させた、コラージュを用いたミクストメディアによる独自技法など研究・試作中。混沌とした現代社会の中に存在するどこか欠落したものを抱えて生きる人々の象徴のような背広姿のAKIOと二次元で描く魔法少女などのキャラクター達。独自の精神世界の概念を投影したモチーフ達を次元の違うもの同士がクロスオーバーする特異点を舞台に配置し、現実と虚構が入り混じる世界観を表現している。キャンバスという舞台の上で、映画監督のように彼らを演出するような感覚で制作している。
