The motif is a picture of the former Imperial Navy destroyer “Yukikaze” during the Demobilization Transport Ship era when disarmed after the war, and living quarters were added to return people who were abroad to return to the country.
The material uses multiple Asahi Mainichi Newspapers, etc. from Showa 20/12 to Showa 21/12, when Yukikaze was remodeled as a demobilization transport ship and was active.
The title is December 28, 1946. (Showa 21/12/28) is the date of the end of the Yukikaze Demobilization Carrier Mission.
