陶芸家
1978年富山県生まれ。岐阜県土岐市のスタジオで制作を行う。
年間約15000種類の釉の研究を通じて、金、銀、プラチナ等、陶芸では常扱うことのない素材を使用し、誰も見たことのない美しい作品を生み出し続けている。国内外で年間開催される多数の個展を中心に現代美術のアートフェアにも参加し、他分野とのコラボレーションも行うなど、陶芸の魅力を世界に伝えている。陶芸家を志す学生や若手陶芸家を集めた交流イベント「夏のイケヤン★」等、陶芸界の活性化となる様々な活動やアプローチを積極的に行っている。
