Artist

Born in 1997 in Tokyo. Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture. Aiming to be a professional ballerina, she creates works using ceramics and CG/video based on her experience of playing roles on stage. Theatrical elements that can be felt from everyday life are incorporated into stories based on ballet, theatrical programs, children's stories, etc. They search for ways to be people by superimposing hollow ceramics and empty humans as containers for roles.

What is Sticker?
プロのバレリーナを目指し舞台上で役を演じる経験をもとに、セラミック、CG/映像を用いた作品を制作しています。日常生活から感じられる演劇的な要素を、バレエや演劇の演目、童話などをベースとした物語に落とし込み、空洞なセラミックと役の入れ物としての空虚な人間たちを重ね合わせ、ひとの在り方を模索しています。
