全面核戦争の後、生き残った人々は放射線を避けるため地下に都市を築きました。その数百年後、彼らの子孫は生体組織、臓器や機械部品を組み合わせ人工的な生物たちを造りました。それらの中のひとつ、このアリクイのようなものは放射性物質に汚染された地表を探査するするために設計されました。
彼はたくさんの足で歩きまわり、たくさんの目や触手などの感覚器官と彼の旺盛な好奇心を使い、いろいろなものを調査しています。
