Work Details
大野未来は、怪物と呼ぶべきか宇宙人と呼ぶべきか、異形の者の形相を大量に描く。不気味でユーモラスでもあるその怪物たちは、自身の感情を詳細に観察して描き出した、複数の自己であるようだ。それぞれ異なる性質を持っているかのように見える怪物たちは、制作者の膨大なエネルギーと人間の内奥に迫るグロテスクさを感じさせるが、軽い筆致と淡い色彩が絵画を陰鬱なものにしない。数多のドローイングは、怪物（人間）のレパートリーを眺めるように、観る者を楽しませる。外側からではなく内面から抽出した、これらのいわば自己肖像画は、私たちの似姿でもある。

1998年 愛知生まれ 2021年 名古屋芸術大学卒業 壁のシミや亀裂、物の影などによって連想されるイメージは感情の姿を映し出す鏡のように存在している。その姿を捉え、描きだすこと観察することを繰り返し行うことによって自分と感情というものとの距離感を掴もうとしている。 Images evoked by stains and cracks on the wall or shadows of objects are like mirrors that reflect the form of one's own emotions. By repeatedly capturing, painting, and observing such images, I am trying to grasp the distance between myself and my emotions.
