Work Details
自分で育てたブドウを撮影し作品として仕上げました。このブドウは画像合成ではありません。これは買ってきたぶどうを調整して制作したものでもありません。私の農園でこの形になるように育てました。出来上がるまで約3か月かかります。
育種家としては、無理だとわかっていても、こんなブドウを作れたらと思うことがあります。1房にいろいろな味があった方が楽しいなと思い、アート作品として制作しました。これはぶどう農家の経験と勘がなければできません。

Masumi Shiohara was born in Nagano prf in 1974. He worked as a development engineer at a microfabrication manufacturer. After leaving the company, he took over his family's orchard from his parents, and is now running the farm. He is also involved in breeding and has developed a number of varieties.
