1991–「彼が子供たちのために買ったものだから」
マイケル・ジョーダンの子供靴だけが、大きなダンボール箱ひと箱分にみっちり詰められていた。私は十歳ほどまで父と暮らしていたが、蓋をしたようにほとんどの記憶が無い。
–2019「場所をとるようになったから」
それは彼女たちが離婚して20年、彼が亡くなって２年目のことだ。

1991-My mother said“Because he bought these for our children”.
A big cardboard box, stuffed with Michael Jordan’s kids’ shoes, remained.I lived with my father until I was 10, but I almost have no memory of him, as if it was alsosealed.
-2019My mother said“Because it was taking up too much space.”
After 20 years since their divorce, and 2 years since his death.
