Work Details
金箔は視点、光の加減により作品の見え方が変わります。その変化で趣が変わるのも金箔表現の魅力の一つと感じています。画面全体を金箔で覆った後に彩色したい部分を刃物で金箔を筋状に少し残るような感じで金箔の下の色を削り出します。
宇宙（そら）を眺めて故郷を想う心境を表現。
現代の金箔は色として使われる印象が多いですが、今作では地面や空間や植物を金箔で表現。
