Work Details

Concept and production intention of the work

By combining a completely opposite image of the beautiful margins of calligraphy (kana), traces of brushwork, and the material elements of
metalwork, we have created a new kind of jewelry that has never been seen before.
By wearing this jewelry, I want people to feel the subtlety and flow of kana, the beauty of the Japanese language, and the beauty of Japan.
All designers write kana in calligraphy, and each one is created with all their heart.

What I wanted to express in this work

A “book” expressed only with “margins” and lines that exude afterglow and surpluses

The beauty of margins and the subtlety of lines expressed by meticulous metal engraving techniques

Designers and artists

~minimal~
Minimal is a simple, urban design that is not bound by preconceived concepts, yet aims to be a product that feels somewhat warm, and designs and produces products.
In this day and age full of many things, adding excitement and happiness to you...
Something that adds a special feeling to casual everyday life.
Mainly focusing on jewelry, we also produce products such as graphics and textiles.

designer: FUSE SAYUKI

From her high school graduation work, she began making “Kana Akuse,” which was designed with calligraphy pseudonym characters.
I studied metal at university, and after graduation, I worked as a production job at a bridal jewelry manufacturer.
It became independent in 2020 and launched a jewelry brand.
Since 2021, they have been designing, producing, and selling not only jewelry, but also various products such as graphics and textiles.
