タイトルのとおりキラキラした夜の都会をイメージして描きました。画面左の人の像は、街ゆく人でもあり、ショーウィンドウのマネキンでもあります。表層の輝かしさだけに気を取られてマネキン的な人間になっちゃいけない、という意味合いを込めました。
