Born in Kyoto (1983) , lives and works in Tokyo and Chiba.
Through light and material as mediums, he reveals the structures and relationships of “place,” developing works as devices for cognition. His practice centers on installations and sculptures, employing a variety of media including photography and drawing.
He has participated in numerous international exhibitions such as "Echigo-Tsumari Art Field 2024 Winter” (2024), "Tokyo Biennale” (2023), "Kuroshima and Fukuura Art Project" (2022-23), “Oku-Noto Triennale” (2021), "28th UBE Biennale" Yamaguchi Bank Prize (2019).
