Islander’s のペインティングシリーズと平行して制作された彫刻作品。人物の手と胸に見えるブルーは水の気配だろうか。古典的な「孤島漂流もの」ストーリーを暗喩しつつ何かをひたすら待っている人物の思念が美しく表象されている。

1993 Born in Aichi, Japan 2018 Bachelor’s degree at Tokyo University of the Arts, Department of Sculpture, I have been creating sculptures modeled mainly in plaster (gips) and mural paintings on the surface of seawalls constructed after the Great East Japan Earthquake.Since 2020, I have also launched, managed, and produced murals for the “Seawall Museum Project” in Ogatsu-cho, Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.
