Omurice is a dish where omelets originally originated in France were introduced to Japan, and have evolved uniquely according to the tastes and culture of Japanese people.

My current self is superimposed on that origin.

As my life in Japan has been getting longer, I recently noticed that little by little changes are taking place inside my heart. While putting myself in a different environment than before, while getting used to the people around me, my values and senses are changing little by little so that something seeps in.

My “now” self, which is slightly different from my previous self, is here, and somewhere I can't fully accept that change.
