GANGUは、5歳児に相当する知性を持つAIと、アーティストである人間が共に創りあげたクルマのおもちゃです。 近い将来、AIは人々を脅かすものになるかもしれないと懸念されています。しかしここにいるGANGUは、AIの子供らしく新鮮な発想を見せてくれる、愛らしい存在です。日本には、神道の八百万の神やアニミズムを背景に、あらゆるものは生きとし生けるものになるという思想があります。人類にとって期待と不安が混じるAIという存在に対して、GANGUは一緒に遊ぶ仲間であったり、共に創るアーティストとしての未来を示しているのではないでしょうか。
