幼少の頃に祖母が私に教えてくれた、アイ・ドント・ライク・ユーという言葉からわたしは考える。

フランクシナトラがマイウェーを歌った1960年代の横須賀の歓楽街で、基地の米兵相手に仕事をしていた女達は、嫌な客を追い払うために「アイ・ドント・ライク・ユー」と言ったかもしれない。

現在同じ場所では、アジアの女達が日本人相手に「好きよ」と言う。

I think from the word ”I don't like you” which my grandmother taught me in my childhood.

At a red-right district of Yokosuka of the 1960s when Frank Sinatra sang “my way”, women who worked might say “I don't like you” to the U.S. soldier from the Yokosuka base to send away an unpleasant visitor. And Asian women say to a Japanese that it is, "I like it" now at the same place.
