Work Details
This work emerges from a deep resonance between the contingent use of line in Abstract Expressionism and Action Painting, and the spiritual tension of avant-garde calligraphy. Line is not treated as a mere visual form, but exists as the result of traces of the body and breath — cultivated in the layers of the unconscious — rising naturally to
the surface, beyond conscious control. This work does not seek to represent anything; rather, it is concerned with the generative process through which memory and body become form, and it is within that trajectory that we find the essential meaning quietly residing in all that human beings create.

Going beyond technical form, she deeply explored the spatial and tactile expression of "lines" as traces of time, breath, and heartbeat, ultimately establishing a distinctive style that bridges traditional and avant-garde Japanese calligraphy with Western fine art.Her creative practice centers on subconscious spirituality and uninhibited expression, unconstrained by conventional genres or techniques. In recent years, she has presented work on international art stages, including Los Angeles, Dubai, and Singapore. With her inclusion in ART SG in 2026, she continues to gain high acclaim both in Japan and abroad as she expands her global presence.
