Kinouchi Noriko

[Concept/Statement]

It explores new possibilities in digital art and depicts beautiful scenes and natural signs (flowers and birds) that have not been seen yet.

In 2002, he began using computer graphics as an expression based on academic painting theory. Since 2013, based on the unique concept of “painting with a timeline,” he has deepened the development of video works that are formed as a single painting no matter which moment is captured. It is not limited to images that tell a story, but also pursues “sensory expression” that deeply appeals to space and the five senses.

In recent years, he has been working on expressions that design the atmosphere (atmosphere) itself by fusing traditional crafts (lacquer, woodwork, plastering) with digital light.
