OPEN MEALSは「食×テクノロジー×アート」を掛け合わせてアート作品や新しいコンテンツを生み出す、世界で唯一のフードテック・クリエーティブ集団です。

エンジニアやプログラマー、シェフ、大学教授などの領域を横断した多様なメンバーで構成されています。

食がインターネットに繋がった未来をコンセプトにつくられた代表作”Sushi Singularity”は、日本の森美術館、イスラエルのDesign Museum Holonなどにおいて展示されています。

OPEN MEALS is the only food tech creative group in the world that creates art works and new contents by combining “Food × Technology × Art.” We are a diverse, cross—disciplinary team that includes engineers, programmers, chefs and university professors.

Our signature work, “Sushi Singularity”, which is based on the concept of a future where food is connected to the Internet, has been exhibited at Mori Art Museum in Japan and Design Museum Holon in Israel.
