It is a work in which the words “LIFE IS MEANINGLESS = EVERYTHING HAS A MEANING” are cut into strips and then folded and pasted, and N, which is an acronym for the title Neutral, surfaced three-dimensionally in the center.
By linking conflicting words with equal, it expresses the message that life has no predetermined meaning, that everything is always neutral, that the person who assigns good or bad meaning to it is yourself, and that you can change the meaning and way you perceive it according to yourself.

Born 1980, Shizuoka, Japan.
Graduated from Tokyo Asagaya Art College, School of Image Creation in 2007.
Started her career in London in 2011 and has exhibited at numerous art fairs and exhibitions in the UK, Tokyo, and the Netherlands. She mainly produces paintings and semi-three-dimensional works based on ‘words/text’.
She returned to Japan in 2023 and is currently based in Shizuoka.
