材料をランダムに切り出し、個々に着色をした材料をつなげて、一筆でなぞるように空間に現した彫刻作品です。
彫刻は細部からなり、細部によって全体が構成されるという、彫刻というものを制作プロセスから見直しながらも、グラフィティの要素を加えるなど、現代における彫刻表現の可能性を探っています。
2020年に刊行した写真集「SCULPTURE in the CITY」に表れているように、都市やストリートと彫刻の関わりについて相互に影響しあう作品になっています。

Artist and sculptor
Lives in Tokyo, graduated from Tama Art University Graduate School in 2003, stayed in London in 2006, won second place at the 2016 TokyoMidtown Award Art Competition.
The concept of sculpture is taken from multiple angles, and works are created with various materials. It ranges from traditional methods such as stone and wood to paper, cloth, ready-made products, and photographic works, and even photographs are approached with sculptural ideas. The concept that connects the medium of realistic sculpture, which deals with matter and the world of images, has been worked out, and landed on the work.
