Yuon NIMURA

Natural objects and their act are the keys for my works,

I transform the interaction between human ( I ) and nature into expression.

Born in 1982 in Shizuoka, Japan

2006 Bachelor of Foreign Studies, Spanish Language Department, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies

2008. Master of Fine Arts, Department of Inter-Media Art, Tokyo University of the Arts

My interests always have been in the connection between human body and the nature. Recently, I use natural objects directly to

express hope for our life through connecting with the nature.

Through my work, I try to show a hope of connecting with the nature and our life, after the world pandemic, where we keep trying to survive in this society of disconnection.

On the other side, not only I but millions of painters in the past and present times have seen the beauty in nature and tried to express it. This act is called 'landscape painting', and now I also follow them in my way with natural objects.
