Crossing Paths

NARI is a painter based in Tokyo. Her latest collection revolves around the central themes of “Laid-back Lifestyles” and “Human Touch”; both of which are important touchstones for her fans. Nari’s unique style leaves a powerful, lasting impression on her audience. She utilizes a range of vibrant colors and portrays figures of various nationalities with only lips as their facial features. Her artworks represent her hopes for peace and equality. Also, through works depicting sexuality in it’s various shapes and sizes, she is able to show society just how diverse love can truly be.
NARI has had solo exhibitions and pop-up shops all over Japan. In April 2023, she opened her own studio/shop in Tokyo,Asagaya. Nari's collaboration with multiple brands such as GU, BAYFLOW, Lafayette, and FRUIT OF THE LOOM always attract vast attention.
