My work centers on a picture diary that keeps the record of the people that I had met and the incidents that had occurred. In order to record the scenes, I draw pictures. As long as the curtain has not fallen, the theme for my work is limitless. -Awards- 1999 Grand Prize The 14th HITOTSUBO Graphic Arts 2002 Tokyo Illustrators Society Competition, gold medal 2003 The KUWABARA Prize (grand prize in graduation work) 2004 Award of The 71th MAINICHI Advertisement Design Competition
