In a contemporary moment marked by the coexistence of diverse media, I seek to create paintings that critically engage with the act of “painting” itself. By minimizing arbitrariness and continuing, day after day, to draw lines in a steady and matter-of-fact manner, my practice aims to foreground painting as an ongoing act of inquiry.
