ぶどう（シャインマスカット）の年間を通した主な作業と生育過程です。
線の下側は各作業工程で間引かれて土へ還っていく枝、つぼみ、幼果、房などです。こちらは地面に落とされているという事で床に展示しています。

Masumi Shiohara was born in Nagano prf in 1974. He worked as a development engineer at a microfabrication manufacturer. After leaving the company, he took over his family's orchard from his parents, and is now running the farm. He is also involved in breeding and has developed a number of varieties. 最近NFTの販売を始めました。
