はっぱの子が見ているぞ | Leaf Child are watching

この作品は、以前の「はっぱに絵を描くライブペイント&インスタレーション」での作品をペインティングにしたものです。

制作当時、はっぱの群生と満天の星空って似ているなあと感じた事があり、

はっぱの子が星になった兄弟を探すというイメージが湧いてきました。

そこで、オレチョ作品シリーズのストーリーに登場させたいと考えました。

伝説の犬を探す旅の途中のオレチョについて行くというストーリーです。

この一枚だけ色の違うはっぱの子は、このシリーズを代表するキャラクターとして他のシリーズへも登場する事となります。

このはっぱのシリーズは色んな形態の派生作品を作る事が出来た意義あるシリーズです。

This piece is a painting of a previous artworks painted on the leaves.

At the time of creation, I felt that there was a similarity between a cluster of leafy plants and a sky full of stars. So the image of leaf child finding his became star elder brother came to me.

And I decided to have him appear in the story of the Orecho series.

Leaf Child will accompanies Orecho on his finding legendary dog journey, That's the story.

This one Leaf Child with a different colored will appear in other series as a representative character of this series.

This series is a meaningful series that has allowed me to create various forms of derivative works.

Orecho=オレチョとは？

本多 孝男による複数の作品シリーズをシンボル化、融合することで誕生したキャラクター。

「オレチョ」は作家の自己を投影した表現者として作品に登場している。名前の由来は"己"を"超"えるより。

What is Orecho?

The character was born by symbolizing and fusing multiple series of artworks by Takao Honda.

"Orecho" is appeared in artworks as an expresser who projects himself.

The origin of the name comes from "I want always overcome myself". In Japanese mean Ore=myself, cho=overcome.
