この作品は大八耐というイベントで制作したものです。
黙々と描いてだいたい6時間ほどで出来ました。
この作品では背景の表現方法を実験的に試しながら描きました。
決まった時間の中描くというのは作業効率アップの発見もあります。
これ以降の作品で背景の作り方が少し変化するキッカケになりました。
A piece created at an event called "Big 8‐hour endurance".
It is completed in about 6 hours by drawing silently.
In this piece, I drew while experimenting with how to express the background.
By drawing within the time limit, I found method that working efficiency was improved.
So the way in which the background of the subsequent artworks was made changed a little.
Orecho=オレチョとは？
本多 孝男による複数の作品シリーズをシンボル化、融合することで誕生したキャラクター。
「オレチョ」は作家の自己を投影した表現者として作品に登場している。名前の由来は"己"を"超"えるより。
What is Orecho?
The character was born by symbolizing and fusing multiple series of artworks by Takao Honda.
"Orecho" is appeared in artworks as an expresser who projects himself.
The origin of the name comes from "I want always overcome myself". In Japanese mean Ore=myself, cho=overcome.

The work shining in rainbow colors, drawn with unique techniques, expresses the multifaceted nature of reality, believes that everyone can continue to change beyond their own boundaries, and questions the importance of consciously choosing a point of view.
The artist's name “Orecho” symbolizes the will to go beyond one's own boundaries and continue to take on challenges.
