この作品は、3号のラワンパネルにアクリル絵の具で制作しました。
自分で撮った写真を参考にしながら筆を進めましたが、油絵を制作するときの段階を積み重ねるような手法ではなく、即興的なドローイングのような感覚で制作しました。
ちいさな作品は一話完結しやすいと思います。大きなサイズのキャンバスではできないことだと実感しました。
はじめに感じたおもしろさが、筆を進めていくうちに、予想もつかない展開になっていきました。そこに作品制作の魅力があるように感じます。

I mainly produce oil paintings. I want to explore free ways of expression and make new discoveries. I get inspiration for my work from things that catch my eye in my life. It seems that what kind of motifs are used for the work is not very important. Even if I'm looking at the shape or color of what I want to draw next to me, when I draw on the canvas, I don't look at things as objects, but I draw by converting motifs into lines, colors, etc. with my senses. I'm borrowing an image from something, but there's a feeling that I'm showing it from a place I can't see. Places I've never been I get there while painting.
