渋谷の路上や駅などで出くわした出来事とその時に入手したモノを素材に制作した作品シリーズ。

This is a series created with occurrences and items collected from the streets and the train station of Shibuya.

渋谷の喫茶店にいると、5年以上会っていない友人から電話があった。友人が電話の要件を話す前に、私たちはお互いの近況を話した。ようやく友人が要件を話し始めたところで、私の携帯電話の充電がなくなり、友人の話の途中で切れてしまった。滞在しているホテルに戻り、パソコンを開くと、友人からメールが届いていた。メールには、しばらく外国に行かなければならなくなった事と、その理由が書かれていた。メールは、なぜか、ですます調で書かれていた。その日、私は渋谷の路上でガムの当たりくじを拾った。

When I was at a coffee shop in Shibuya, I received a phone call from a friend whom I hadn’t seen in over five years.We updated each other on our lives before my friend told me why he had called.When he finally started talking about the main reason of the call, my phone batteries ran out, and the conversation was cut short.By the time I returned to the hotel I was staying at and opened my laptop, an email from my friend had arrived.In the email, he wrote that he had to go overseas for a while, and the reason for it.The email was written in a formal manner for some reason.That day on the streets of Shibuya, I picked up a chewing gum box that contained a good fortune.
