Star specimen

I took apart milk cartons, pulped the uneven paper, and made it into a cloud pattern.

I stamped stars and connected them with lines to form constellations.

When held up to the light, it recreates the starry sky.

Please let me know your desired observation location (prefectural capital, Mt. Fuji, or national capital) and the observation date and time in the Western calendar.

If you specify the observation date, time, location, and direction, you can also specify individual planets.

The date and time can be specified from the past to the future.

Maximum size: Approximately 100×148mm 

You can specify the shape from square to rectangular. 

If no aspect ratio is specified, we will create it in the ratio that looks best subjectively. 

Since each piece is hand-made, the cloud patterns and shapes will vary. 

Observation information and signatures can also be written on the back or on a separate sheet. Please specify your preferences.

This work does not include a frame. 

The equipment used in the work image is a FUJIFILM lightbox, and the frame is from the “White Space Enhances Photos” series sold by MAG. in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.
