Six fire extinguishers stand in a ring, each blocking the nozzle of the next. The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) — meant to be the "fire extinguisher of the world" — appears here as a structure in which mutual restraint keeps a single one from functioning, shown through nothing more than the arrangement of an everyday tool. Not an interpretation of politics, but a presentation of the shape of dysfunction itself.
