虹色へワープでバカンスに向かう | Head to vacation with warp drive to rainbow color

自分の頭の中のワープは虹色のイメージがあります。

前作「ワープ失敗」ではその辺をホログラムステッカーを使って表現しようとしました。

今作ではビットの立体感と平面のキャンバスを組み合わせて、ビット作品だけでは出せなかった動きの表現を狙いました。

真正面から見ると平面的な絵に見えますが、少し角度を変えて見る事で ビットの立体感が現れ空間が歪む感覚になります。

ワープの科学的な原理は解りませんが、僕らがまだ知覚出来ていない視点があって、空間をレイヤーの様に捉えて、その間を行き来したりするのかなあとか空想します。

The warp drive in my own head is a rainbow-colored image.

In my previous piece, "Warp drive failed" I tried to express that by using hologram stickers.

In this piece, I combined the three-dimensional feel of bit with a flat canvas, aiming to express movement that could not be achieved with bit piece alone.

If you look at it from the front, it looks like a flat picture, but if you look at it from a slightly different angle, you can see the three-dimensional effect of the bit and feel the space distort.

I don't know the scientific principles of warp drive, but I imagine that there are perspectives that we haven't perceived yet, and that we can by perceive space like a layers and move back and forth between them.

Orecho=オレチョとは？

本多 孝男による複数の作品シリーズをシンボル化、融合することで誕生したキャラクター。

「オレチョ」は作家の自己を投影した表現者として作品に登場している。名前の由来は"己"を"超"えるより。

What is Orecho?

The character was born by symbolizing and fusing multiple series of artworks by Takao Honda.

"Orecho" is appeared in artworks as an expresser who projects himself.

The origin of the name comes from "I want always overcome myself". In Japanese mean Ore=myself, cho=overcome.
