Work Details
I wanted to create a work that made use of the round shape of the canvas, so I drew this painting with a refreshing lemon as a motif!
In the details, I drew the seeds commonly seen when cutting lemons into round slices! Since there are seeds, we aimed for an exhilarating juice feel so that it looks more realistic.
The color was also reproduced by maximizing the range of paint colors that cannot be expressed in photographs. I wish I could bring out the appeal of paint that cannot be brought out by yellow alone.
