Work Details
InfinityScroll
The video work “INFINITY” (video, 11 min., 4K, 2022) is incorporated into an elongated display reminiscent of hanging scrolls in Japanese culture, and images are created as tea utensils.
A wooden hanging is originally a tool for sandwiching colored paper with seasonal haiku written on it. I tried replacing colored paper such as calligraphy and haiku with images. I aimed to create a work that brings a fresh feeling by combining today's technology with something that lasts a long time in Japanese culture.

Videographer, artist
Videographer/Artist Based in Tokyo, I look at the world from a visual point of view and create works related to phenomena. In recent years, there have been scannings, a combination of polling art and photography, silkscreen, etc. It is not limited to images themselves, but also incorporates various methods of expression based on the idea of time. When creating personal works, “I always discover and observe various phenomena involving time, space, nature, virtual images, and real objects from a 'visual perspective', We pursue new expressions created by reflected and reflected light.” That's the theme.
