2000年生まれ。東京都出身・在住。 東京造形大学造形学部美術学科絵画専攻領域卒業。 日常を過ごす中で目にしたものを描いている。 一つのモチーフに対して次のモチーフのイメージを頭の中で嵌めている。私自身（内側）が日常（外側）から手に取ったどこにでもあるもの（モチーフ）に対して絵画空間の中で向き合い、配置や整頓をすることによって日常と非日常の狭間を見つけ出そうとしている。 最近は「ものの周り」を見ることで、構図の一つとして捉えていた「余白（隙間）」から絵画の中で流れている時間や状況について考え絵画を制作している。 近年の展覧会歴に、近藤亜美個展「reflection」（下北沢アーツ/東京、2022）、「2022 muni Art Award展」（GALLERY SCENA/ 東京、2022）、小津航・葛西明子・近藤亜美 三人展「作家は何を見ている？」（GALLERY SCENA/ 東京、2023）近藤亜美・白石効栽 二人展「痕跡」（CANDYBAR Gallery/京都、2023）などがある。 近年の受賞歴に「ZOKEI展 東京造形大学卒業研究・卒業制作展 2022」ZOKEI賞ノミネート、「muni art award 2022」ファイナリスト土方明司賞受賞などがある。
