作品のコンセプト・制作意図
ニューヨークのギャラリー「Montserrat Contemporary Art」による企画展示に向けて書いた新作です。
作品タイトルは『響 The color of a Sound』です。
この作品で表現したかったこと
「響」という字、言葉が好きで以前にも書いた事がある字です。
広い空間に響き渡るシンプルな音や自然界の音をイメージしています。
作りこまれた楽曲ではなく、日常生活に存在する音や自然界にある音など、特定の拍子や調、リズムがない音の響きを表現しました。
音楽が大好きで、創作中は常に音楽を流していますが、実は私たちに最も身近な音というのは楽曲ではなく、日常生活にある音です。音の種類や大きさで癒しにもなれば不快にもなりますが、生きていく以上、切り離せない音。
大好きな音の響きを、どうにか紙面に取り込めないか、予想以上に苦心しましたが、様々な線の表情や墨の飛び散りも含め、立体感のある作品に仕上がりました。

Efforts are also put into calligraphy education, and in addition to teaching at Aoi calligraphy classes, there are many business trip instructions for companies and groups, and they provide guidance for a wide range of ages, from children to seniors.
