1982年出生於高雄，畢業於東海大學美術系、台北藝術大學造型研究所版畫組。 沐冉無論是單版複刻的套色作品，或者純黑白的水印作品，都並非單單著墨於表象上那些可愛有趣的視覺造形和色彩，甚至也不是豐富多姿並帶有裝飾性的細緻刀法；對於繪畫性的深刻體會與執著，以及自身對生活品味的觀照與經營才是他作品中真正的核心。對他來說: 敘述的就是自己的日常。沐冉用雕刻刀刻出有如冬日暖陽般明亮宜人的生活小篇章，並將這份「得於己，快然自足」之志趣寄情於其一刀一筆下，展現他對於生活情態的怡然自得。
