Artist Statement
Using acrylic painting using spray, she creates portraits that look like scenes from movies and TV shows.
The characters depicted are often involved in some kind of thing, and as you can see from the title, they are often scenes of conversation or decisions.
Also, in the movie, I am imagining a scene where a camera stops at a person in a scene that is a turning point in the story.
It's a fictional thing that doesn't exist, but just like us living in the real world, everyone has dramas from their own standpoint. The background emblem suggests the organization or group to which the people belong, and expresses a scene evoking some kind of background.
I want to continue creating works that look into a moment in someone's life.
