大阪府出身、京都府在住。成安造形大学卒業。「記憶」や「現実と非現実の境界」をテーマに、物語が構築されるプロセスに関心を持つ。自身が見た夢や、自他の古い記憶から得られたイメージ、また世代を超えて語り継がれてきた伝承などから着想を得て制作を行う。曖昧な記憶を写真作品として再構築することで、時間や場所を超えて立ち現れるイメージの根源を探求している。
