大きな四角を運ぶ / Carrying a large square

頭で想像する、パフォーマンス作品のドローイングです。

コロナ禍でパフォーマンス中でもマスクをしなければならないことが多くなりました。表情をしっかり見せられる時になったら見てもらいたい作品を、もっと自由に楽しい気分でドローイングしたものを集めました。

いつか実現できるといいなと思います。

体が持つちからを健康的に展開しようとしています。筋肉のちからから始まり、体を取り巻く様々な種類のちからの強さ・弱さを考えます。現在は物質としての自身の肉体、とりわけ脂肪に対しての関心があり、それが持つ重みや描く曲線、在り方に注目をしています。

I am trying to develop the power of the body in a healthy way.Starting with the power of muscles, I think about the strength and weakness of the various powers surrounding the body.Currently, I am interested in my own body as a material, especially fat, and am paying attention to the weight, the curves it draws, and how it exists.

自分の身体や身の回りの物を使って、重たいもの、大きいもの、形のないものなど、扱いづらいものを変形させる、変形させようとするというのが宮木さんのスタンスだと思います。それは彫刻もしくは生きることの原理なのかもしれません。目の前の何かを変形させようとすることが、遠くの何かを変形させていたら面白いと思います。

I believe Miyaki’s stance is to use her body and objects around her, to transform, or attempt to transform what is difficult to handle, such as heavy, large and shapeless things. This may be the principle of sculpture, or life. It’s interesting if the action of trying to transform something in front of her eyes, transforms something far away.
