Work Details
Depending on the viewer's point of view and the space in which it exists, the scale for seeing the object changes, and the way it is viewed also changes.
What looks big in a small frame feels small in a large frame, is absorbed into the air at a distance, and what is mixed is broken down when viewed up close, and appears one by one.
The abstract shape that appears when one photo, which is the motif, is drawn while cutting it out in various sizes and parts.
The density of space within the picture and the density and mass of the grid (lattice) constituting the support (canvas), the outer size of the picture, and the distance between the wall and the picture.
Using these elements as a yardstick, I wish I could touch the space that is here and now and draw a picture that brings fluctuation.

In addition to ready-made supports such as cotton and dongolos, I draw pictures on self-made supports woven with hemp twine.
When a completed picture is placed in an actual space, it is not converted into a linguistic message on the recipient side, but rather works on the human senses itself within the space.
