This work was exhibited at the
Dogo Art 2023 Craft
Museum “U.F.O.- UNIDENTIFIED FABULOUS OBJECT - UNIDENTIFIED FABULOUS OBJECT” exhibition held in 2023-24.
It has been repeatedly relocated, extended, and renovated over a long period of time, and it is a building with a very complex shape that mainly combines 4 buildings, and is compatible with the development of Dogo Onsen while incorporating techniques from that period, and exists as a symbol of Dogo Onsen.
On top of the Kikuma roof tiles, which are used on the roof of the Dogo Onsen main building and are characterized by the unique color and luster of oxidized silver, the state of the building is expressed as if preservation and repair work has progressed and is being upgraded while inheriting its appearance until now.
