“Poetics of Light” Born from Darkness — A Solitary Painter the World Is Watching] Born in Shizuoka in 1949. We have established a unique technique for drawing “light” using gravity and the natural flow of paint without using a brush at all. This work has a sublime spirituality, as if a philosophical golden light rises from deep darkness. Collected by a Japanese art museum. He is one of Japan's leading abstract painters, praised as “modern alchemy” by collectors around the world. In 2025, he held his first large-scale solo exhibition in Latin America in Mexico, making his evaluation even more unwavering.
