Ore

この作品は、これまでに何度か描いている「あなたが思う事を真っすぐ伝えるその瞬間世界は変わる」という作品をもう少し掘り下げたいと思って描いた作品です。

今までは1枚の作品での表現でしたが、本作では、その時々の過去の自分を振り返り、5枚で1グループとなる構成になりました。

この作品のOreはオレチョになる前のオレチョのイメージです。

アート制作をはじめる前の自分と重なります。

仕事もそれなりに順調で、仲間も友人もそれなりに居て、それなりに幸せで、

でも、このまま終わっていくのかなあという漠然とした不安もあって、

自分としてはそれなりと感じていても、そこまで来れた自分も褒めてあげたい、

でも、かつてあったはずの情熱を失っている自分がなんとも寂しくもあり、

でもなあ...

本当はもっとあるはずなんだ何か！

と思いながら煮え切らない日々でした。

背景の風景は、その当時色んな事を考えながら良く散歩していた駒沢公園の風景を描いています。

I drew this piece because I wanted to delve a little deeper into the work "The World Changes the Moment You Tell It Straight What You Think," which I have drawn several times before.

In the past, I have expressed myself in the single piece, but in this piece, I looked back at myself in the past at that time, and created a group of five pieces.

"Ore" in this piece is the image of "Orecho before he became Orecho".

This is the image of myself before I started making art.

My work was going reasonably well,

I had friends and colleagues, I was happy in my own way,

But I had a vague feeling of anxiety about whether it would end like this.

I want to praise myself for getting to that point that even though I feel I'm not doing so well,

But I also felt sad that I'm losing the enthusiasm that I once had.

But uh ...

There must be something more!

I spent many indecisive days thinking.

In the background, I drew the scenery of Komazawa Park at a place of memories, where I used to take walks while thinking about various things at that time.

Orecho=オレチョとは？

本多 孝男による複数の作品シリーズをシンボル化、融合することで誕生したキャラクター。

「オレチョ」は作家の自己を投影した表現者として作品に登場している。名前の由来は"己"を"超"えるより。
