正直に言うと、死ぬまで描きたいと思えるモチーフが無かった。

だから大好きな描くこと自体を絵にした。

絵を絵で描く。イメージから物質へ。そしてまたイメージへ。

私の身体を経由し、洞窟内から現在まで、表象とそれを写す行為によって、私は引き継ぐ。

フランス近代美術の画家・ゴーギャンの絵の題名に、「我々はどこから来たのか 我々は何者か 我々はどこへ行くのか」というものがある。

私はこの答えは、絵を描く中に匿されていると思う。だから今日も絵筆から逸れない。

To be honest, I couldn’t find a motif that I wanted to paint until my last breath.

So I decided to paint the action of painting itself as what I really love.

Paint paintings; from image to material, then to images again.

Through my body, I inherit what was, from inside the caves to the present, with images and the action of copying them.

There is a title “Where Do We Come From? What Are We? Where Are We Going?” by the French contemporary artist Paul Gauguin (1848–1903).

I think my answer to this question is hidden inside the action of painting; that is why I cannot escape from the brush.
