【「希望」をベースに、自然から感じる力強さと繊細さを描きたい】
旅をしながら世界各地の風景を撮影していたことから自然からエネルギーのようなものを感じ、
それは命の集まりが生み出しているのではないかと考えるようになった。
そして、私たちそれぞれも、その命の集まりの一粒だと思っている。
各々が発する生命のエネルギーが、人間、社会、そして自然を相互に関連づけ、お互いに成り立っている。
はじめは風景を描いていたが、だんだんとその空気感やそれを見た時の感情を描くようになった。
即興的に描き出す線と素材の蓄積は、命の動きと集まりを表し、
抽象と具象の間でたゆたう絵は、どこかの記憶の風景に繋がっている。
私たちは、一人一人はちっぽけな存在だが、多くの命が集まり、この大きな宇宙を作っている。
だから、世界は美しい。
そう、思いながらつくっています。
